The 'ecowin air unit' is an outdoor air processing system that can control temperature, dehumidify, and remove dust simply by connecting and installing it to a commercially available air conditioner and air intake.
<Making modern life more comfortable and healthy>
Modern homes have become significantly more livable due to increased airtightness compared to traditional houses. However, this high level of airtightness has led to new challenges, such as rising concentrations of CO2 and VOCs like formaldehyde. To reduce these harmful substances, the Building Standards Act mandates the installation of ventilation systems.
However, people tend to close the intake vents for reasons such as discomfort from hot or cold outside air, or concerns about pollen and PM2.5. Finding a way to bring fresh air indoors without stress has become a challenge for modern individuals.
<Fresh air can be supplied without stress>
[During heating] Fresh outdoor air at -2°C is heated to about 45°C before being supplied indoors.
[During cooling] Fresh outdoor air at 32°C is cooled to about 15-20°C before being supplied indoors. Additionally, moisture in the outdoor air is removed outside, and the dehumidified fresh air is then supplied indoors.
<Responsive to pollen and PM2.5>
By using a shutter-equipped intake fan as an indoor intake unit, third-type ventilation can be easily improved to first-type ventilation. Furthermore, by equipping high-performance filters, it is possible to address pollen allergies and effectively remove PM2.5, which is a serious issue both domestically and internationally.
